Types of users on Reseller Hosting services

Starting from the version 3.0-18, LVE Manager operates with four types of users and their resource usage limits.

The types of users are as follows:

  • End User: Customers who register for hosting services directly with the service provider (Hoster) will be classified into this user. More specifically, when you sign up for Hosting service directly from https://vhost.vn, you will be in this case and an end user of vHost.
  • Reseller: Is a type user that register a certain resource for hosting from a service provider and then resell it to your end users.
  • Reseller’s End User: Is a type of user that purchases hosting from a reseller and uses it for his own purposes.
  • Reseller’s End User (no Reseller limit): Is a type of user that purchases hosting from a reseller and uses it for his own purposes but does not have limits set by a reseller. These limits are set by the hoster.

Table of resource limits for each user

Hoster can view the list of resellers’ end users and their limits, but can not manage resellers’ end users limits (if those are set by reseller).
