Instructions for managing servers in the Monitoring Server service1. Monitor managementAfter you have finished configuring the Monitor for the servers, the Monitor will appear below My Monitors page
Monitor Status: The status of the server, when you select Add Monitor, the status result will be UP / DOWN [1]. In addition, when you select Add Blacklist Monitor, the status result will be LISTED / NOT LISTED [2].
Note: With [1] when the result is UP, the configuration of your port / keyword is correct and the system is conducting server monitoring. When Monitor reports the result as DOWN, the result of configuring port / keyword is incorrect or the port you choose is not opened, keyword does not appear on web page, FTP site, .. With [2] when the result is LISTED then Your domain / IP has been listed in the Blacklist by the international system and your domain / IP is not listed in the Blacklist by the international system, the result will be NOT LISTED.
Status: The result is Active when Monitor is running. When Monitor is stopped or inactive, the result will be Disable [3]
Stats [4]: Displays detailed information in the form of a dashboard
Contact List [5]: You can add another Email / SMS to receive notifications
Edit [6]: You can change the configuration for Monitor here
2. Check the details of MonitorYou can check detailed statistics and dashboard with stats, go to My Monitors page and click on Stats

You can perform the Monitor editing on the Edit option
At the Edit section, you can edit the parameters for Monitor, set the server maintenance plan (Maintenance Schedule), disable Monitor and Delete Monitor.
a. Maintenance ScheduleTo conduct server maintenance and let Monitor not notify Email / SMS, you select the configuration at Maintenance Schedule
After selecting the Maintenance Schedule option, you can create the Schedule at Add Maintenance Schedule
You can configure the Maintenance Schedule according to the following form
Start [1]: You can choose the time when maintenance starts here
Finish [2]: You can choose the time when maintenance ends here
You can select the date and time configuration at [3] and the specific time at [4]. In addition, you can also make notes with [5]
b. Disable / Enable Monitor When Status is Enable, you can only select the Disable Monitor when you no longer want to monitor that server. After you click here, it will take effect immediately
To enable the Monitor again, you can return to the Edit section and select Enable Monitor
c. Delete
To remove Monitor, you can select Delete to remove Monitor
After you select Delete, the system will send a notice to ask you to confirm again
4. Monitoring log
ID [1]: ID number of logs
Type [2]: The type that Monitor has performed is recorded by the system
Message [3]: The message is sent by Monitor
Receiver [4]: Information about the recipient of the notification from Monitor on SMS / Email
