Notice of maintenance implement up new SS7 FIRMWARE at FPT on March 30, 2024

Dear Customer,

Thank you customers for trusting and using the services at vHost during the past time.

According to the announcement from partner FPT, vHost would like to update information about maintenance UP FIRMWARE SS7 at FPT, specifically as follows:

• Start time: From 00:01 March 30, 2024 (GMT +7:00 Vietnam Timezone).
• End time: Until 02:00 March 30, 2024 (GMT +7:00 Vietnam Timezone).
• Reason: Fix switch HA service toolpack_enginee.
• Impact: Service IVoice will lose connection for 15 minutes between 00:01 and 02:00 on March 30, 2024.
• Impact details: Unable to make calls between FPT and SPT within 15 minutes (current calls will be dropped and new calls will not be made).

Note: the above time is the estimated time, the maintenance may be completed earlier than expected.

This is maintenance UP FIRMWARE SS7 at FPT. After the maintenance period, vHost switchboard system will operate normally again.
