Notice of maintenance of Cloud Server service at Viettel HCM datacenter

Dear Valued Customer,

vHost would like to thank you for always trusting and accompanying vHost during the past time.

To ensure the quality of service provided to customers. The vHost side will upgrade the entire Cloud Server service at Viettel Ho Chi Minh datacenter with the following details:

• Start time: 22h00, August 15, 2023 GMT +7:00 (VN TZ).
• End time: 23h00, August 15, 2023 GMT +7:00 (VN TZ).
• Reason: Cloud Server service is working on CPU: E5-2670 will be upgraded to CPU: E5-2680 v4
• Impact: Services will be interrupted for 1 minute when upgrading and switching servers (Services running on the E5 v4 server cluster will not be affected during this maintenance).

Note: the above time is the estimated time, the infrastructure planning time may be completed earlier than planned.

To avoid affecting your services, vHost will closely monitor during the infrastructure planning period.
