Notice of backup server problem at CMC datacenter on September 19, 2023

Dear Customer,

Thank you customers for trusting and using the services at vHost during the past time.

According to information from vHost's monitoring system, vHost has recorded an incident where the backup server at the CMC datacenter was corrupted by the ZFS file system with a detailed report as follows:

• Start time: 14h10, September 19, 2023 GMT +7:00 (VN TZ).
• Reason: Corrupt file system. 
• Solutions: We are conducting repairs, expected to be completed within 10 days.

Once again, we sincerely apologize to our customers for the recent incident and would like to inform you to monitor the situation.
